Important handling information:

Please enclose all proofs (delivery note / invoice) about the purchase of the component.

• Please note that call backs due to missing or wrong information cause unnecessary costs and delays.
• Please complete a separate and complete request for each component!
• The storage fee amounts to 15% of the product value, the customer pays the transport costs!

Further procedure: 

• You receive a request number via email that entitles you to return the products. Only then you are allowed to return the products „free“ to us. After receipt of the return number you are entitled to return the products. Please attach the return proof visibly at the exterior side of the packet! * „free“ – Customer pays the return costs

Please note that the handling information at the request. We will return products on your costs if the returns arrive without duly fulfilled request or the necessary proofs.
