Your have to add all proofs (delivery document / invoices) about the purchase of the component by the final customer and about the purchase of the workshop at the whole sale to the packet. Additionally a copy of the vehicle registration document (car licence) and a detailled invoice about the initial installation is necessary.
Please consider that unnecessary costs and time delays occur by missing or wrong information and the connected further enquiries.
A complete warranty request has to be fullfilled for each claimed componenent!
Other costs / follow-up costs have to be indicated in detail and sent enclosed to the packet!
You receive a request number via email that entitles you to return the item. Only then you are allowed to return the item „free“ to us.
After receive of the return number you are entitled to return the item. Please fix the return document at a visible place at the exterior side of the packet!
